About the Role

As the Senior Fashion Designer, you will lead the creative direction for Women's Activewear, Swimwear, and Accessories. Oversee the entire design process, ensuring brand identity and commercial success. Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products. You will also oversee a small team of junior fashion designers.

• Team Leadership and design & development of seasonal collections

• Oversee the full product development cycle, from concept to sample

• Create t-shirt graphics & textile prints (Illustrator & Photoshop required)

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, fit, and production timelines

• Research trends & manage workflow alongside the Creative Director

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of fashion design experience across activewear, swim & accessories

• Strong technical knowledge & creative vision for commercial design

• Experience managing/leading small teams (please note this role requires you to be hands-on)

• Expert in garment construction, fabrics, trims & hardware

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Excel

• Graphic design skills for t-shirt graphics & textile prints

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, and can work autonomously

• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines

• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration

• Must be flexible and adaptable in nature with experience working in fast-paced environments
