We’re now looking for a Fashion Office Assistant to join our fast-growing team on a casual basis, 3 days per week (days are flexible to suit your schedule). This role has strong career progression opportunities, including the potential to move into a full-time position or transition into other areas of the business — from styling and client service to operations and events.
About the RoleThis is an in-office, hands-on role based in our beautiful Sydney CBD showroom. You’ll play a vital support role in the daily operations, ensuring our garments and fittings are perfectly prepared for our high-profile clientele.
Key Responsibilities:Preparing, steaming, and organizing custom garments (suits, shirts, jackets)
Coordinating clothing ahead of client appointments
Unpacking, labelling, and storing new stock
Keeping our showroom and office spaces tidy, presentable, and well-organised
Occasional pickups or drop-offs for garments
Supporting the sales team and stylists with ad-hoc tasks
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Energetic, proactive, and reliable
Works quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with a team-first attitude
Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic office software
Bonus: experience in fashion, retail, or styling (but not essential)
