As a leader in the industry, they are seeking experienced Laminators/Fibreglass Pool Builders to join the Production Team. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with expertise in fibre composite lamination.

About the Role:

• Based at head office in Forrestdale
• Start and finish times are flexible and negotiable, overtime depending on the candidate’s availability and skills
• Be an integral part of a fast-paced and collaborative team
• Ensure the timely delivery of top-quality products, while maintaining safety and efficiency

   
Key Responsibilities:

• Rolling fibreglass
• Setting internal supports and plumbing
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Completing accurate data records
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Assisting with the movement of production equipment

   
What We’re Looking For:

• A strong focus on safety 
• Proven experience in fibreglass application
• Forklift ticket is advantageous, but not essential
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in the swimming pool industry is highly desirable, though not required
• Australian work rights are necessary to apply
