FIFO Exploration Mining Chefs

TCLH seek passionate and experienced Chefs to join exciting new projects, with casual opportunities available across our newest and upcoming TCLH Managed Camps and Labour Hire divisions. These roles will be stepping in as required/as needed, with the possibility of a position within our Managed Camps subject to performance and business needs. 

These roles will be ex PERTH.

DUTIES INVOLVED 

• Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience. 

• Adapt to different kitchens and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes. 

• Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and comfort within camp facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)  

• Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence 

• Previous experience working in Exploration Camps (highly advantageous)

• Ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test.
