In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to translate financial data into meaningful insights that shape business decisions. With a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, you’ll act as a trusted advisor — helping to identify key revenue and cost drivers and guiding operational improvements across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly financial reports and in-depth variance analysis, including root cause reviews of P&L performance.
- Partner with General Managers to lead budgeting processes, ensuring realistic, achievable targets are aligned with business strategy.
- Prepare clear and concise commentary for senior stakeholders, highlighting financial plans, expectations, and key performance insights.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controls team to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial processes and reporting.
- Design tools and templates to enable self-service reporting and empower non-financial stakeholders with data visibility.
- Deliver training to enhance financial literacy across operations and build stronger cross-functional engagement.
Skills and Experience - CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using platforms such as Power BI, Concur, Navision, or Pronto.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work across multi-site operational models — experience in industries such as retail, franchising, or healthcare is highly regarded.
