The OpportunityThey are looking for an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our business. This is a pivotal role overseeing key financial functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax obligations, managing payroll, and supporting global and local finance initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end close process and ensure accuracy in tax reporting.Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are compliant and up to date.Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Partner with global and local teams to support broader financial goals.Manage finance-related projects, including systems upgrades and transformation initiatives. Your ProfileCPA or CA qualified.Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end accounting, tax, and compliance functions in a small to medium-sized business.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance transformation projects.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Proven track record of delivering process improvements and managing finance initiatives.Industry experience in healthcare is a plus but not required.
