The Opportunity They are looking for an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our business. This is a pivotal role overseeing key financial functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax obligations, managing payroll, and supporting global and local finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accuracy in tax reporting.​​​​​​
• Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are compliant and up to date.
• Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with global and local teams to support broader financial goals.
• Manage finance-related projects, including systems upgrades and transformation initiatives.

• CPA or CA qualified.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end accounting, tax, and compliance functions in a small to medium-sized business.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements and managing finance initiatives.
• Industry experience in healthcare is a plus but not required.
