The Role:
As our Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll be pivotal in optimizing financial performance, managing risk, and helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Develop and monitor KPIs for financial health and operational efficiency

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and company investments

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies

• Support management with financial analysis for key business initiatives

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes

• Implement improvements to accounting systems and processes

• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors as required

• Manage all administration requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred)

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role (industry experience in machinery, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing a plus)

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Sage, SAP, or QuickBooks)

• Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams

• Strong leadership and communication skills
