If you have a passion for excellence and a commitment to enhancing financial operations, we would love to hear from you:Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and support the Finance team, providing coaching, guidance, and fostering a respectful, team-oriented environment.Financial & Management Reporting: Manage the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and quarterly financial reports.Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.Compliance and Audits: Oversee management of Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RADs) for compliance, lead external audit processes, and establish an internal audit framework for continuous improvement.Report Review: Review and submit bench-marking reports and the annual Aged Care Financial Report.Experience:CA or CPA Qualification is a MUST HAVE. Demonstrated experience as a Management Accountant or in a relevant role, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proven ability to manage a small to medium-sized team, providing training, mentorship, and support to team members.Experience with ERP and accounting software (e.g., Epicor), proficient in MS Office, and strong data analysis and forecasting skills.Sound leadership, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to formulate and implement policies.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to manage systems and evaluative processes.
