We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Group Financial Control Team, reporting into our Senior Financial Accountant. You will play an important role helping to build a best practice accounting services function, adding value through governance, process excellence and business partner connectivity. This role will support Payroll Accounts, where you will work closely with Payroll and our People & Culture and Finance Business Units, as well as our offshore Manila team. The role is hybrid, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work from the office and from home. A day in the life Deliver financial insights to business partners through timely reporting and analysisGain an end-to-end understanding of accounting processes relating to tax, month-end close, payroll, intercompany and balance sheet governanceIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesSupport various projects including automation, integrations and system changesBuild capability and greater financial acumen across the team and business partners.
