Due to our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Fire Panel Technician for works in the Wollongong area and southern Sydney (occasional).

About the Role
We are currently seeking a QBCC-licensed Fire Technician to join our growing Queensland team. This role involves servicing and maintaining fire protection systems across a commercial property portfolio in line with AS1851 and QBCC requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability for our valued clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test fire protection systems in accordance with AS1851

• Maintain and service portable fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire blankets, emergency lighting, fire doors, and fire panels

• Ensure documentation and compliance align with QBCC standards

• Respond to reactive service calls and participate in an on-call roster

 What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing

• Current QBCC Fire Occupational Licence (or eligibility to obtain)

• Minimum 2–3 years’ industry experience in fire system testing

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently

• National Police Check (with no disclosable outcomes)

• Full working rights in Australia
