Fitter

Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking applications from trade-qualified fitters for a project based in Lake Macquarie & Beresfield. The work involves underground longwall overhaul and is commencing immediately.

The Benefits:

• Excellent pay rates over $58/hr on day shift
• $67/hr plus full penalties on afternoon shift

The Work:

• Dismantle, inspect, report and rebuild longwall
• Hydraulic hosing
• Gearbox overhauls
• Fitting valves

The Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters
• Longwall experience required
• Experience in overhaul and assembly of heavy equipment is desirable
• Basic Hydraulics experience is desirable
