About the Role
We’re seeking skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our Warwick Farm Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role, with Day, Afternoon or Night shift available:

• Day shift: Monday – Thursday 6am – 2pm & Friday 6am – 11am
• Afternoon shift: Monday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm & Friday 11am – 4pm
• Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 10pm – 6am & Friday 4pm – 9pm
• Overtime available some weekdays and Saturdays - paid at penalty rates

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
• Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
• Contribute to project work, including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Working with corrugating machines or in high-speed manufacturing machinery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
• Utilise MEX maintenance system to report jobs completed.

What You’ll Bring

• Maintenance Fitter Trade Qualification
• Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments
• Skills in fault-finding / diagnostics and knowledge of CMMS systems like MEX
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
