If this sounds like something you want to be involved in, we are looking for a Fixed Plant Electrician at both our Kalgoorlie and Paulsens site.

The position at Paulsens is FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome, with flights to Onslow or Paraburdoo, followed by a two-hour transfer to site. DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier.

The roster is 15/13, day shift only.

The position at Kal East is FIFO from Perth, residential from Kalgoorlie or DIDO from surrounding areas.

The roster is 8/6, day shift only.

About the Opportunity

The Fixed Plant Electrician is responsible for performing preventative, planned and breakdown electrical maintenance and statutory checks on the mill and associated infrastructure to ensure ongoing reliability and efficiency.

About You 

We are looking for people with positive and motivated ’can do’ attitudes, able to work collaboratively, and with a diverse range of people across all levels who understand we are all in this together.

In addition, we require the following:

• Relevant Trade Certificate and current WA Electrical Licence 

• High Voltage Switching qualification and experience.

• Understanding of PLC and control communication systems

• Practical experience in an electrical maintenance environment, including high voltage electrical systems, instrumentation and sound knowledgeof the operation of mineral processing plants preferably gold, and associated infrastructure.
