Fleet Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping people find the perfect products to meet their needs? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our fleet team and deliver an outstanding purchasing experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

🛍️ Customer Engagement: Build our small to medium business (Silver Fleet) customer basevia inbound enquiry, outbound customer visits plus identifying and prospecting new business.

💡 Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions and offer our full suite of products, including, vehicle leasing, finance, insurance and aftermarket accessories.

🤝 Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.

🔍 Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate any stock replenishment needs to management.

Qualifications:

🔹 Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.

🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 

🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. 

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software is a plus. 

🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.

🔹 Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
