Fleet Sales Manager

Sunshine Coast Mazda has been part of the Sunshine Coast Community since 2005. Proudly, locally and privately owned, we are seeking a strong and dedicated Fleet Sales Manager to take control and continue the business development of our Fleet Department that has performed to great success.

With Mazda’s product strength in the marketplace, and with an appetite for growth, the opportunities are endless with factory support, immediate stock availability, a flexible 5-day Monday to Friday work week, combined with a supportive team environment, this is a rare opportunity for an Automotive business development specialist to create a new home.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following attributes;

• Have automotive sales experience

• Minimum 2 years of Fleet sales and/or Account management experience

• A proven track record in providing outstanding customer service

• Ability to build relationships and prospect new customers

• Highly motivated and driven to perform

• Outstanding communication and time management skills

• Ability to work in a team environment, and willingness to help others 

• Be highly organised and be able to work autonomously

• Excellent negotiating skills, ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

• Process driven with strong attention to detail

• Sales licence accreditation

Successful candidate will receive

• 5-day work week, Monday through to Friday, no weekend work.
