The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for someone with strong leadership and guest service skills to join our dynamic team. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be pivotal in ensuring the daily success and growth of our operations and will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, supporting team training and development, achieving financial goals, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in quality restaurant/bar supervision.

• Exemplary leadership qualities and strong guest-focused service approach.

• Broad wine and beverage knowledge(WSET level 2 to 3 preferred).

• Strong understanding of stock control and ordering processes.

• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff.

• Excellent communication and personal presentation skills.

• Proficiency in POS, Word, and Excel.
