Food and Beverage Assistant (Cafe All Rounder)

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre is an established store for over 8 years. We are a happy vibrant team and seeking a JUNIOR SUPERSTAR to provide excellent service to our loyal customers. It is a happy & fun environment to work and chat with loyal customers.

• Important note: Mostly be_ available to work both days on the weekends. _

Main duties and responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to:

• Serving customers with a smile, taking cake orders and undertaking all other café all rounder duties as required.
• Practice company Policies and Procedures and ensure all safety standards are adhered to including Food Safety processes

The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities with on job training provided as required:

• Café All Rounder with coffee making experience highly preferable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with team members and customers
• Excellent Cash Handling Skills
• Reliable, responsible and highly committed to get the tasks completed
• Positive attitude with lots of initiative, Willingness to learn quickly and be part of a happy vibrant team
• Be willing and able to work a flexible roster.
