Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

Georgies on Vista is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in Caroline Springs, VIC. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As part of our vibrant hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar.

Hours are evenings from 5pm and weekends from 12pm.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Taking and processing food and beverage orders efficiently

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

• Providing recommendations and information about our menu and products

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Familiarity with bar and beverage operations, including experience in making various cocktails and mixed drinks

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and vibrant team

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
