Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.  
  
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead our team with a hands-on approach, overseeing the diverse portfolio in Sails In the Desert and its satellite venues. Your primary goal is to ensure quality and profitability in all food and beverage operations, providing our guests with outstanding products and services while adapting swiftly to the dynamic nature of the resort environment, including changes in roster and daily operations.
  
Key Duties:

  • Support and guide the food and beverage management team to ensure successful operations.
  • Uphold excellence in food and beverage service standards.
  • Develop a team skilled in anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and integrity in the food and beverage product and service.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a Food and Beverage Manager.
  • A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management.
  • Experience in managing operations within a 5-star multi-restaurant resort.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering bespoke and exceptional experiences.
