We’re looking for a hands-on, operationally driven F&B Manager to oversee three vibrant outlets in a busy Venue. This isn’t a desk job — it's a floor-first, guest-facing leadership role where service excellence, team culture, and commercial results go hand-in-hand.
Your Focus:🔹 Operations & Service
Lead day-to-day across restaurant, bar, and events.
Be visible on the floor, drive SOPs, and set the tone for high-quality service.
🔹 Guest Experience
Deliver consistently exceptional service.
Engage with guests and use feedback platforms (e.g. Medallia) to improve.
🔹 Financials & Reporting
Manage budgets, pricing, labour, and stock.
Analyse trends and implement strategies to grow revenue and reduce waste.
🔹 Team Leadership
Recruit, coach, and empower a capable team.
Champion a team-first, service-oriented culture.
🔹 Menu & Inventory
Work with the Head Chef on menu planning and supplier management.
Oversee stock levels, procurement, and wastage control.
🔹 Compliance
Maintain top-tier food safety, hygiene, and venue standards.
Proven F&B or hospitality leadership experience.
Strong operational and financial acumen.
A collaborative, hard-working, and service-first mindset.
Experience with POS systems.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Venues first — floor walks, team engagement, guest connection.
Strong work ethic — lead from the front.
Commercially sharp — know your numbers and how to move them.
