Food & Beverage Attendant – National Mid-Tier Law Firm
A national mid-tier law firm is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join their team.
Ideal candidates for this role take pride in hospitality, have strong barista skills, and thrive in a polished, corporate environment. This full-time, permanent role will see you providing premium front-of-house service and acting as an ambassador for the firm.
As a key part of this position involves forging excellent relationships with internal and external parties, this role is only suited to candidates seeking a long-term position in corporate hospitality with full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities - Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Maintain a consistently clean, tidy, and inviting front-of-house area
- Provide refreshments and high-quality barista services to clients and staff
- Manage meeting room bookings, including setup, pack down, and ensuring rooms are guest-ready
- Provide reception relief support as needed
- Coordinate and serve catering for meetings, events, and conferences
- Set tables and serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Order and manage essential kitchen and catering supplies
- Perform closing and cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are restored to impeccable standards
- Engage positively and professionally with all staff and visitors, embodying the firm’s values and commitment to service excellence
Selection Criteria - Prior experience in a hospitality environment
- Proven skills as a trained barista
- Experience in food preparation and presentation
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certificates (essential)
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, welcoming manner
- Excellent verbal communication and client service skills
- High attention to cleanliness and detail, particularly in kitchens and meeting spaces
- Interest in, or previous exposure to, the professional services or legal industry
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
