Step into the Magic at Sirromet!
We're casting a spell over Sirromet this season, transforming our winery into a whimsical Harry Potter-themed experience – and we want you to be part of it!

Sirromet Wines is a world-class wine production facility, restaurant, function and event space nestled in the hills of Mount Cotton, just 30 minutes from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. With enchanting views and award-winning experiences, we’re inviting energetic and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join us for an event like no other.

The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced waitstaff to work across our food and beverage outlets and specially themed Harry Potter events. In this role, you’ll help bring the magic to life for guests of all ages.

You’ll need to love a fast-paced, fun environment and thrive on providing exceptional guest service with a touch of theatre.

These are casual roles across various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays – perfect for those who want to jump into the magic and earn extra cash.

What We’re Looking For:
We need charismatic team players who can bring a little extra sparkle (or spellwork) to the guest experience. You might not need a wand – but your attitude should be magical.

You’ll ideally have:

• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

• At least 2 years recent experience in a food and beverage role

• A warm, guest-focused attitude with a flair for fun

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to dress in theme (think Hogwarts house pride!)

• Reliable transport to Mount Cotton (no public transport available)

• Availability for weekends, late nights, and public holidays

• Full working rights in Australia

Bonus points if you:

• Know your Gryffindor from your Slytherin

• Have experience working at large themed events or festivals
