To continue to bring unrivalled luxury to the Gold Coast, we are seeking a distinguished, experienced and luxury-minded Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to continue to establish The Langham, Gold Coast as the market and service leader.
Key Responsibilities
As Food & Beverage Outlets Manager you will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and be responsible for day to day operations and organization of the Food and Beverage Outlets (Mainly focus on Lobby Bar, Palm Court and Pool bar), managing and supervising the work in all F&B Outlets and maintaining and improving F&B quality, service and guest satisfaction.
As a leader with a luxury mindset and attention to detail, you will oversee the work in all F&B Outlets and Conference and Events through maintaining and improving service and food quality and guest satisfaction.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible key accountabilities include; Guest experience and loyalty, F&B Quality, Colleague Engagement and wellbeing, outlets Profitability and Productivity.

To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position with a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategy across organisations. Other key attributes we are looking for include:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar

- Superior financial and systems acumen
