About Ochre Health Medical Centre Lancefield

Our medical centre has been servicing the community of Lancefield for decades. This practice is a country practice that supports mixed billing and has a team of highly experienced male and female GPs.  

In addition, this practice offers a range of services including general family medical care, ante-natal checks, immunizations, handling minor emergencies, stabilizing patients requiring transfer, development of care plans for chronic or complex issues, removal of skin lesions, facial rejuvenation as well as clinics for diabetes, weight management, smoking and self-esteem. 

This is a rare opportunity to be close to Melbourne and work with a manageable population of 3,000 people where you can offer friendly personalized healthcare in a country setting. 

The opportunity

• up to $20k incentive payment available, depending commitment of hours

• 65% of billings during practice hours  

• 75% of billings for after hours, residential aged care, home and hospital visits 

• Mixed billings practice (take over established patient base)

• Strong Nursing and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support 

• Best Practice and HotDoc (remote access as well) 

• Cubiko data analytics for GPs to track trends, billings and patient health outcomes

• Marketing support provided to GPs

• Choose from one of nine consulting rooms in the practice 

• Relocation assistance can be provided for interstate or out of state movers 

• Complete flexibility - choose your days, sessions and hours with zero restrictions

Position Requirements:

• Suitable for a FRACGP or FACRRM

• Strong interest in Men’s health and minor procedures 

• Ability to work under an independent contractor agreement
