Your New Role - Warehouse Operator We are in search of a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Warehouse Operator to become a full-time member of our team based in our Melbourne  office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with receiving and checking all freight into the warehouse in accordance with our Warehouse Receiving SOP
• Ensuring all incoming freight is accurately and timely weighed, measured, and receipted
• Ensuring all incoming freight is accurately and timely line item checked against vendor paperwork
• Ensuring that all freight is received in good condition, reporting any issues and damages to the Warehouse Team Leader
• Conducting forklift operations
• Preparing, picking, packing, and labeling goods for dispatch

What you will need to succeed

• Previous Warehouse Operator experience
• Manual handling awareness
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• High attention to detail and strong planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Current unrestricted driver’s license
• Forklift high-risk ticket
• Demonstrated punctual attendance and flexibility to work outside normal office hours as required
• Experience planning, prioritising and working safely to meet tight deadlines with a minimum of supervision
