Salary $73,150 – $90,000 pending qualifications and experience

Task & Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
• Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in line with brand values
• Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
• Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture

Qualification & Experience

• Previous experience in a management role
• A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey
