What you can expect in a day in this role?

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The individual must ensure the Front Office and associated areas are managed efficiently and effectively within budget while ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, pre, during and post stay. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager who leads from-the-front and enjoys nurturing a team that strives for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Minimum 3 years Hotel Front Office experience in a 4-5 star property in a leadership role (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and reduce operational costs through strategic rostering and scheduling practices
  • Proven success in managing and leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in recruitment, rostering and performance management
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (RMS)
