Junior – Mid Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Melbourne (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week)Type: 6-Month Contract (rolling)Must have: Australian PR or Citizenship We’re working with a Melbourne-based start-up that’s building a greenfield SaaS platform and looking to bring on a Junior to Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join their growing team.This is a hands-on role working across both front-end and back-end development. You’ll be involved in end-to-end implementation, collaborating with a small, agile team in a fast-moving start-up environment. A strong interest in clean code, testing, and scalable architecture is important. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack features for a new SaaS platformWork across mobile and web interfacesWrite clean, testable code and contribute to architectural decisionsCollaborate with designers, engineers, and product leads Tech StackFront End: React.js, React Native, FlutterBack End: Node.js, TypeScript, RubyCloud: AWSAPIs: RESTfulExposure to microservices and TDD is highly valued Requirements1–4 years of full stack development experienceExperience with React Native, Flutter or KotlinStrong with JavaScript/TypeScript and back-end developmentComfortable with modern testing tools and frameworksCloud experience, ideally AWSExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust have Australian PR or Citizenship This is a fantastic opportunity to join a start-up environment working on a completely greenfield project using modern technologies like React, Node.js, React Native, TypeScript, Ruby, and AWS.
