We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Services Officer to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence, wellbeing, and social participation. This full-time role is based in Salisbury, South Australia, and involves working closely with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams under the NDIS framework. The successful candidate will deliver person-centred care, develop individual support plans, and implement daily living and community access programs tailored to diverse cultural needs.

Task & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver individualised care and support plans
  • Assist participants with daily activities and community engagement
  • Monitor participant wellbeing and report changes to supervisors
  • Support development of social and independent living skills
  • Work within NDIS guidelines and maintain documentation
  • Liaise with family members, carers, and allied health professionals
  • Uphold person-centred practices and cultural sensitivity
Qualification & Experience
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in disability support
  • Understanding of NDIS framework and care standards
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver’s licence
