Mastek Systems Pty ltd formerly known as Evolutionary Systems Pty Ltd is seeking several skilled and detail-oriented full-time ICT Business Analysts to join their dynamic team at Level 2 Riverside Quay, 1 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank 3006 VIC Australia.

Task & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather, and document requirements, and contribute to the successful implementation of business solutions.
- Create comprehensive and clear documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to ensure effective data management and reporting.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure a common understanding of project goals.
- Assist in the design of effective and efficient business solutions.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
- Develop test cases and participate in testing processes to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues identified during testing.
Qualification & Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
Experience Required: Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Good Salary Package: ($140,000 - $155,000 plus Super)
