Full-Time Management Consultant Required

Mastek Systems Pty ltd formerly known as Evolutionary Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time Management Consultant to join their dynamic team at Level 26, 44 Market Street Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia.

Mastek is an enterprise digital & cloud transformation specialist that engineer’s excellence for customers across 40 countries, including the UK, Europe, US, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and India. They help enterprises navigate the digital landscape and stay competitive by unlocking the power of data, modernizing applications, and accelerating digital advantage for their customers.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

•           Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with client objectives.

•           Lead cloud migration and data analytics initiatives to optimize business processes.

•           Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

•           Drive continuous improvement and innovation within client organizations.

•           Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in digital strategy, cloud solutions, and data analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.

    • Relevant certifications in management consulting or digital transformation.

Experience:

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on digital transformation.
• A track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction across various regions.
