Brumby’s Go south Hedland Bakery (Port Hedland Pty Ltd)) is looking for full-time retail manager. The Brumby’s Go South Hedland Bakery is a well-established bakery located in South Hedland, WA, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our team. This position requires a Commitment of at least 38 Hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and conduct regular stocktaking.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Analyse sales data and trends to make informed business decisions and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the food service industry.
• Hold a minimum Diploma level qualification or relevant management certification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
