Job DescriptionBP Silverwater South Corner of Silverwater Road & 51 Egerton Street Silverwater NSW 2128 Site Manager – Full Time SALARY $73,000 to 75,000 annually + superannuation INHERENT REQUIREMENTS: As a Site Manager, you will need to show competencies and experience in the following areas. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All duties of a Customer Service Representative as outlined in the job description of a Customer Service Representative.
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Achieve the objectives of management budgets, with discretion to amend in consultation with company management; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Lead, develop and enhance the customer experience in store sales with hands on style leadership.
Treat each customer as a guest in our stores
- Formulate pricing policies by liaising with company management; determining and implementing additional sales promotions
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store and organisation by complying with legal requirements
- Ensure competitor fuel price checks are performed 3 times per day.
Site to follow the retail market price and never to lead. Retail price must never fall below the bottom price.
- Determine marketing strategies by reviewing sales records in liaison with company management
- Maintain efficient and successful operations by initiating, co-ordinating and enforcing programmes, operational and staffing policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain a rapport with existing and potential suppliers to achieve maximum discounts and benefits and ensure optimum service is received
- Ensure staff are always courteous to customers and are upselling where an opportunity presents itself.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports, and submit these reports to head office in a timely manner
- Complete food temperature checks are per food safety guidelines
- Ensure cash exchange safe is balanced daily
- Ensure Epay, Eftpos, Car wash settlements are balanced on a daily basis.
- Lead and empower your team: lead by example
- Ensure staff balance each shift to within +/-$5.00
- All daily reporting and invoicing are completed in specified time frame and filed in specified area
- Ensure all benchmark requirements are met as per BP operation guidelines and the Jasbe operational compliance program
