The Role:

We currently have vacancies for an experienced fulltime Sous Chef & fulltime Chef to work at our fast-paced kitchen, under the leadership of our Head Chef.

Sous Chef - You'll be;

• Assisting the Head Chef in planning and executing all food production and kitchen operations

• Supervising and coordinating the kitchen team to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation

• Implementing and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Developing new menu items and contributing to the overall culinary vision of the restaurant

• Inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

• Providing training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff

• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service

Chef - You'll be;

• Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce

• Collaborating with the Sous Chef & Head Chef to develop and refine the menu

• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld

• Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team dynamic

We're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef / Chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

• Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field
