About The Role
As our Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365, you’ll manage the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring compliance with IT and data governance standards. Reporting to the Manager Service Delivery, you’ll collaborate with business and technology teams, create functional specifications, develop CRM solutions, and provide ongoing support to drive the CRM roadmap and optimise business processes.
As our Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365, you'll also:
Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, automation, and integrations to enhance system functionality.Provide user training and support, ensuring teams effectively utilise CRM features and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive CRM enhancements, align with business objectives, and support the platform roadmap.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience configuring, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (highly regarded).
