We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Functions Coordinator/Manager to join our vibrant team, spanning across both the Football Department and our Bar & Bistro. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage functions and events across different club sectors.

• Provide exceptional food and bar service, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Lead and delegate tasks efficiently to support team members.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new function opportunities.

• Oversee the setup and pack-down of events, optimising efficiency and aesthetics.

• Maintain a flexible work schedule to cover a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing functions with a focus on food and beverage services.

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work autonomously.

• High motivation and a robust work ethic, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.

• Professional demeanour, well-presented always.

• Experience in customer service, capable of fostering relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in Australia (visa sponsorship not provided).

• Flexible availability across all days of the week and hours as required.
