About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Innovation, the Future Networks Innovation Manager will be responsible for developing innovative services and capabilities to integrate South Australia’s world leading uptake of Consumer Energy Resources (CER) into the distribution network. Building upon SA Power Networks’ multi award-winning Future Networks program, this role will develop strategic innovation initiatives, develop cases for investment, oversee initiative delivery and transfer capability to business-as-usual. Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure projects align with our strategy, enhance our operations and deliver value for all customers as we navigate the energy transition. With a deep understanding of our new model for innovation, you'll be a role model, driving transformative change and shaping the future of SA Power Networks. About you Your skills and experience will include: Degree in a Management, Engineering, Commercial or IT discipline, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience.Extensive experience leading large-scale Consumer Energy Resource (CER) projects.Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in leading teams and delivering business change.Skills in adapting to dynamic and evolving external environment.Whole of systems thinking and experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams.Current Driver’s Licence (Class Car).
