 About the role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking gardener to fill a full-time position (Monday to Friday) in the inner South East to Bayside area. The selected applicant will be mowing lawns, weeding, hedging, pruning and will need to complete a few small caretaking tasks at some of the buildings we manage. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team that takes pride in their work, and has meticulous attention to detail, organisation and time management skills. Staff performance is regularly assessed to confirm that work is up to our professional standard.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Mowing lawns
• Weeding
• Hedging
• Pruning
• Fertilizing lawns and gardens
• Cobweb removal, internal and external
• Landscaping tasks
• Blowing driveways and footpaths
• Sweeping/blowing car parks

Qualifications & experience

• Must speak English
• Must be able to use gardening equipment (mower/ whipper snipper and hedger)
• A valid Australian driver's license
• Horticulture certificate highly favorable, but not essential 
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients and colleagues
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under time constraints
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment Police Check
