General All-Rounder – 2 Pak Spray Painter / Polisher – Immediate Start

Spray It is a well-established spray-painting and polishing company based in Braeside since 2012, specialising in high-end finishes for kitchens, furniture, custom shopfitting, veneer, and timber products.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Spray Painter / Polisher / General All-Rounder to join our team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone hands-on and reliable, with a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for detail.

About the Role:

• Sanding & preparing timber, veneer & MDF surfaces

• Applying 2 Pack polyurethane, polyester, water-based & other finishes

• Mixing paints, undercoating & top coating

• Polishing, buffing, and general finishing work

• Maintaining tools, booths & equipment

• Occasional pick-up/delivery (driver’s licence required)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience or trade qualification

• Strong knowledge of paints, lacquers, and staining

• Confident with sanding techniques & polishing

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Physically fit and allergy-free (dust/solvent safe)

• Keen to grow into a leadership or production supervisor role
