Description

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Define and implement long-term business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive national and international expansion through strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to shape future growth initiatives.

2. National Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Lead the acquisition of enterprise-level clients and secure high-value, long-term contracts.
  • Oversee the development and execution of national sales plans, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Apply advanced sales methodologies and forecasting tools to optimise team performance.

3. Market Development & Competitive Strategy

  • Explore diversification opportunities to expand revenue streams and business capabilities.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
