Work alongside our Executive team to lead our healthcare recruitment teams through a huge period of growth.
- Use your extensive leadership experience running a $100M+ business, and leading large teams in excess of 50, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.
- Use your hands-on approach and gain positive customer outcomes and drive exceptional performance on a daily basis.\
- Drive the business strategy and take the sales team through a period of exciting growth to expand into many areas.
- Operate with high level of self-awareness, lead with a collaborative approach and with empathy at all times to support our team.
- Pride yourself on not only your goal setting, strategy and results, but also your ability to take your team on the journey and retain your people.
- Drive P&L, budgets, targets and bring strong forecasting abilities.
- Lead innovation and thrive within a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Work closely other areas of the business to improve efficiencies and revenue.

- The Criteria
Minimum 5 years' experience at a Director or GM level within a Recruitment Agency or relevant sales business - Experience leading multiple teams, 50+ headcount and detailed P&L
- Experience with Salesforce / Bullhorn highly regarded
- You want to be office based in Fortitude Valley to truly lead from the front and inspire and support your teams in person daily
