The opportunity:
Our team and residents are currently seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead the multidisciplinary team and manage day to day operations at Phillip Island Care Community. We are 24/7 Registered Nurse care and offer long term residential care, palliative care, dementia care and respite. With a passionate focus on people living with dementia, we have a memory care neighbourhood and sensory garden for residents to safely enjoy with their family and friends.
This role will inspire you every day to deliver on Opal’s purpose ‘to bring joy to those we care for’ while challenging your abilities to operate a complex service focused business.
