General Practitioner (VR) After Hours Home Visits | Hobart – North Hobart

General Practitioners (VR or NON-VR) are needed for lucrative After Hours work around Tasmania.

After-hours home visiting Doctor service to patients at their home and residents in aged care facilities.Great opportunity for extra work that you can tailor to your current situation or simply just enjoy the day off and work after hours anywhere in the country

Expect to be able to hit the ground running with Weekday Evenings & Nights as well as Weekend shifts available. Shifts are a minimum of 5 hours, they will let you decide whether you want to do more hours and support you with your billings and various benefits including an advance appointments system and a car. Your billings will be in the range of 65% or more depending on the hours covered.

You will have a chaperone to drive you around to each home visit and even help you inside the facilities. You will not be alone and will have all the help you need.

On offer for this position:

After Hours work in Tasmania
The base rate per hour is approx $250 and you can earn even more than this if you wish.
Lucrative earnings for the right doctor, 65% of billings or 70% depending on the working hours
Excellent support network including an advanced appointment system
Access to a company car and chaperone to take you around
The appointments system will allow you to nominate a weekly patient base
You will see on average 4 patients an hour
your take-home will be approx $220 an hour and in some cases more
For FIFO locum work your flights and accommodation will be covered

Type of shifts:

Flexible shift hours can be discussed
Weeknight shifts start from 5 hours
Weekend shifts start from 6 or 8 hours and can go as mutually agreed
Split shifts on weekends / public holidays
