Glow Advisor (Make-up advisor) - Part Time

Part of Wesfarmers Health, atomica is the latest destination for all things beauty. Our mission is to help Australia glow and become the go-to place for beauty lovers everywhere. At atomica, we believe beauty should be accessible and affordable, offering a wide range of beauty and wellbeing products and services for all. Starting with our first store at Castle Towers, we're set to expand with many more locations as we transform the beauty experience.

• Part time opportunity
• Ocean Keys atomica store
• Rotating roster including weekends and late-night shifts

If you are shortlisted we will be holding an assessment centre which will be a great opportunity to showcase your skills and meet our team.

You will also be required to commit to 3-4 weeks of full time paid training if you are successful too.

About the role:

Our Glow Advisors are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life! They're customer service pros who know how to make people feel welcome and truly connect with them.

With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll make each customer feel unique. Whether it's helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, setting up a skincare routine, or just pointing them to their favorite products, you'll create an unforgettable experience every time.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional, personalised service to every customer
• Becoming the in-store makeup expert, helping customers find the perfect products to make them glow inside and out
• Performing makeup and lash services to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Retail experience with a love for delivering amazing customer service
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and all things beauty
• Fantastic communication skills to build real connections with customers
• A creative flair for merchandising
• A team player who knows that together, we shine brighter
• Qualifications or experience as a makeup artist or in the beauty industry are a big plus
