Diversa Trustees Limited (DTL) is a specialist Trustee company focusing on superannuation funds in Australia, including retail master trusts, corporate funds, platform (wraps), Pooled Superannuation Trusts, Eligible Rollover Funds, and insurance only funds. Diversa has been operating for many years providing trustee services to approximately 24 APRA regulated superannuation funds, with in excess of $8 billion of assets under management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and growth of a portfolio of superannuation clients, working closely with Accounts Manager on day-to-day tasks.

  • Assist in producing client and internal reports

  • Learn the business and gain a deep understanding of the superannuation industry including regulatory frameworks and APRA Prudential Standards.

  • Direct Client Interaction – build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to support satisfaction and long-term retention 50% of this role is client facing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.

  • Assist in the development and execution of client-focused strategies to maximise retirement outcomes.

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects across various clients while maintaining attention to detail and deadline

Knowledge and Experience

  • Recent graduate with relevant qualifications in Commerce, Finance or Business

  • 1 to 3 years superannuation experience, however other relevant experience will be considered

Skills and Competency

  • Eager to learn and ambitious to progress into an Accounts Manager role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

  • Willingness to work towards independent and autonomous work

  • Capable of quickly grasping new concepts and adapting in a fast-paced evolving environment

  • Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and demonstrate relationship building skills

  • Resilient, composed under pressure and maintains confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Analytical and methodical approach to work
