Graphic Design Assistant

Position: Intern - Graphic Design

Part Time (2-3 days)Dumpling Chef is a rapidly expanding franchise specializing in Chinese dumplings and fast food. As we embark on this exciting new venture, we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing department in completing graphic designs, including menu, posters, brochures, food brand visuals and gift, etc.
• Organize design elements, process images, and create design mockups.
• Perform daily tasks, such as document management, meeting arrangements, and email handling. Be proficient in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe software, Canva for design support and report creation. Assist with website backend operations and management using the WordPress system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure design projects are completed on time and support the needs of other departments.

Job Requirements:

• Welcome student and intern(We will provide training to help you develop your skills and gain hands-on experience.)
• Proficient in software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva
• Video editing skills: Adobe Premiere or other software
• Basic website operation skills
• Basic knowledge of color matching and image processing
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and ask questions
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (2-3 days per week)
• Languages: English, Chinese
• Passion for Asia food design

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.50 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
