In this Role, you’ll get toDesign creative assets to support campaign banners, customer-facing artworks, new product launches, and a wide range of other communication outputs across different channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and EDM based on design requests from stakeholders.Create and build a diverse range of content (digital and motion) that brings Trip campaigns and products to life based on requirements.Collaborate with campaign and product marketing teams to visualize concepts and finalize creatives to bring the Trip brand to life in Oceania based on campaign and project requests.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing to Oceania customers and aligned with brand identity/guidelines.Optimize creative designs based on stakeholder feedbacks and performance metrics.
What you'll Need to SucceedMinimum of 3 years of graphic design experience; a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.A portfolio of personal projects and case studies showcasing brand design principles and craft, a modern style and aesthetic, creative thinking, and attention to detail.Skilled in using design software and technologies (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).Modern aesthetics for commercial success.A fast learner with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
