Easy Signs is Australia’s fastest growing signage and wide-format printing company, and we’re on the hunt for another awesome Junior Graphic Designer to join our talented creative team!

• Reviewing customer artwork to ensure it's print-ready.

• Creating clear, professional artwork proofs and sending them to clients.

• Designing signage based on customer briefs.

• Setting up artwork to meet our precise production specifications.

• Communicating with both our Sales Team and customers via phone and email.

• Managing around 40 design jobs a day - our workflow is high volume, but highly rewarding. Most designs are completed in 10–30 minutes.

• We’re growing rapidly - no two days are ever the same!

• You'll be surrounded by an energetic and supportive team, including our Customer Happiness Team and Production Crew.

• We’re setting new standards in the industry, producing most of our products within 24 hours (yep, we even run a night shift!).

• Enjoy working in a modern, upbeat office located in Smeaton Grange, where manufacturing meets creativity.

• A Diploma of Graphic Design or equivalent industry experience.

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• High computer literacy and tech-savviness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality at speed.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow processes precisely.

• A creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

• Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Rate: $30.83 per hour + Super + Overtime
