We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator who sits at the intersection of visual creativity and marketing strategy — someone who can both imagine and execute how a high-growth wellness brand should visually show up across platforms.
About the RoleThis is not just a design role. You’ll be embedded in the marketing team, working closely with our content strategist, paid media team, and external agencies to develop and deliver impactful, brand-consistent assets across digital, print, email, and social media.
You’ll also play a coordination role—helping align content timelines, creative briefs, and agency deliverables to ensure a seamless, on-brand experience across all touchpoints. If you’re a hands-on creative with marketing instincts and strong ownership mindset, this role is for you.
ResponsibilitiesDesign performance-driven digital assets: Meta/TikTok/Google ads, social posts, landing pages, email visuals, etc.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to concept and create content for product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional offers.
Translate campaign briefs into clear, engaging visual narratives.
Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines and templates.
Coordinate with external partners including PR firms, SEO/content agencies, and video editors to ensure brand alignment.
Assist with campaign planning, creative asset timelines, and internal marketing decks.
Occasionally support product packaging layout and in-store display designs.
2–4 years of experience in a graphic design / marketing hybrid role (DTC, startup, agency all welcome)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma / Canva
A strong portfolio showcasing digital design with strategic marketing intent
A keen eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
Understanding of core marketing principles such as conversion funnel, branding, and A/B testing
High level of initiative and ownership
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English)
Ability to manage multiple creative projects with competing deadlines
Worked in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
Experience coordinating external marketing/PR/SEO agencies
Some video editing or short-form social media content experience
Clear onboarding to understand brand voice, positioning, and content framework
Access to brand assets, design systems, and previous campaigns
Close collaboration with senior marketing and external creative teams
Real-time feedback loops to optimize asset performance and marketing cohesion
Must be available to work within AEST time zone
Must be comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
Australian work rights required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Willingness to grow with the brand and adapt to fast-paced startup-like settings
